EHR Specialist

Encite is seeking a highly motivated and effective entry level EHR Implementation Training Specialist to be based out of Fort Mill, South Carolina. This individual must have clinical healthcare experience, self-motivation; detail oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills. You should also have a high comfort level working with physician group practices and non-technical customers. Requirements

• Previous training and implementation experience
• 2 + Years’ experience in an ambulatory healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Strong computer skills and understand of the internet
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to focus on detail
• Excellent communication skills - ability to interface and influence at multiple organization levels with people with different backgrounds
• Ability to deal with stressful situations
• Ability to analyze data and exercise sound judgment in making decisions and managing sensitive information
• Ability to travel (must have a valid driver’s license)

Responsibilities

• Identify customer implementation requirements
• Conduct initial customer assessment and facilitate the management of the customer’s expectations during the implementation process
• Coordinate implementation activities
• Solve problems quickly and correctly with minimal or no support from professional staff
• Multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment
• Analyzing performance and applying performance improvements 
• Train and support healthcare organizations on EHR
• Support onsite go-lives
• Post go-live performance analysis review and support
